There are two ways to pay for International Property Manager:
With our up-front payment plan, you pay for the software and website when they are delivered followed by an annual support and licensing fee.
With our monthly payment plan, you pay a quarterly licence fee.

Price includes:
- Installation and full support for implementation of the database system including any straightforward importing of pre-extracted data from an existing system.
- Regular software updates and product improvements as available.
- For full database and website option, full incorporation of the client's own logo, colour schemes and distinct design elements into the website template and full assistance with the launch of the website and relevant email accounts.
- On-going customer product support helpline via the IPM website and support forum.
Price does not include:
- Technical assistance with advanced data extraction from existing databases (charged on a quoted individual basis).
- Website hosting costs.
- Any future sofware modules that are launched on a premium "chargeable" basis.
- On-site training (this can be arranged as required on a quoted individual basis).
Licensing agreement
- A single IPM database with an agreed maximum number of users accessing the database from multiple sites with optional fully integrated website.
- Minimum 12 month contract.
- Annual software activation key required and provided by IPM.
- For more than 20 users a personal quotation will be provided upon request.
- * Annual database management, support and licence fee ensures continuing support and free product updates. Payable annually in advance from the second year.
- ** Optional website support and maintenance. Applicable to clients with websites that have additional features to those provided by IPM.
